River Camp is a charming luxury tented camp set amidst cool Acacia trees and whispering grasslands. Ideally located within close proximity of the Mara River, guests have quick and easy access to experience the epic “River Crossing” where during the annual migration millions of wildebeest, zebra and gazelles cross the Crocodile infested river in search of greener pastures in the Masai Mara, a once in a lifetime experience!! The Camp is located in a secluded area of the vast Serengeti where guests are delighted by the quality of service and luxury in the wild.
The dining and bar-lounge areas provide a relaxing atmosphere overlooking the great savanna plains. In the evening guests can unwind and enjoy a cold local beer or a choice of drinks and enjoy the amazing African sunsets while the chefs prepare a gourmet meal with a local touch to enhance the unique African experience. The 15 luxury tents have great views of the savanna plains, easy outside deck chairs provide a perfect setting for reading or just relaxing and enjoying the scenery. Each tent has an en-suite bathroom with hot showers and tasty furnishing offering guests real luxury in the wild!
