The Digital Hospitality Award is granted to 100 hotels whose representatives actively use TopHotels.ru to manage their online reputation. In order to be chosen for the award, the hotel’s team must actively process the questions, reviews and requests sent in by tourists & make sure that the hotel’s description is as up-to-date and complete as possible.

TopHotels is a catalog of hotels, based on the tourists’ reviews. The TopHotels project is well known in the Russian tourism market, as more than 60 million tourists annually use TopHotels to choose a hotel, get acquainted with the reviews of other tourists and read the recommendations of travel professionals.
